The people that fund and shape HE today know just how important technical staff are and that's why we are funded to help you by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (LFHE). But it's you, our members, that are central to our work. Members and technical staff themselves tell us what is needed right now.
