This course is designed for those who use compressed gases in a laboratory or workshop environment. It will instruct delegates in the safe use of compressed gas cylinders, regulators etc. in both environments, and how to deal with the associated hazards. Delegates will be taught how to identify, assemble, operate and maintain compressed gas cylinders and associated equipment.

The course will also provide instruction on the choice of regulators and how to use them in a correct and safe manner.

Recognition, care and maintenance of pressure hoses will also be included, together with guidance on the visual and practical inspections for leaks and troubleshooting of faulty equipment.
